Fotis Begetis was born at Iraklion, Crete in 1974. He now lives in Athens, Greece. He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts from where he graduated in 2002. He has been working as an educator for the past 11 years. His work now mainly focuses on the digital medium. Works of his can be found in private collections around Greece.
