Yohanna Ovalle

Yohanna Ovalle nació en Santiago de Chile. En 2001 obtiene la BECA para jóvenes talentos artísticos otorgada por la Fundación Andes-Balmaceda 1215 , para cursar estudios superiores en la Universidad de Arte y Ciencias Sociales ARCIS.
Obtuvo la Licenciatura en Bellas Artes en la Universidad Arcis y posteriormente realiza un diplomado en Motion HD en Academia Mac y diplomado en Autodesk 3D Maya en la misma institución.
Se ha desarrollado profesionalmente como Artista Visual, en el área de Post-Producción, Montaje y Dirección. Realiza junto a Cristóbal Moya el festival anual de gif animados “Infinito.gif “ y desarrolla diversas visuales para variedad de músicos con su proyecto Fanteisha.
En los últimos años ha estado produciendo piezas audiovisuales ligadas al genero del Video Arte, Videoclip, Cine documental, experimental y Nuevos Medios.
Yohanna Ovalle was born in Santiago de Chile. In 2001 she obtained a talent-based scholarship for young artists by Andes-Balmaceda 1215 Foundation, to pursue higher education at the University of Arts and Social Science, Arcis.
She attained a degree in Fine Arts at Arcis University, and subsequently, she was certified in both, Motion HD and Autodesk 3D Maya at the Mac Academy.
Yohanna Ovalle has grown professionally in the areas of post-production, editing, and film direction. Together with Cristóbal Moya, she holds the annual festival of animated GIF, Infinito.gif, and performs as veejay for several musicians with her project, Fanteisha.
Recently, she has been producing audiovisual works linked to the genres of video art, music video, documentaries, experimental films and new media.
